The Impact Behind the Tray

The artisan sector is the second largest employer in the developing world, yet most artisans are women without access to export markets or financial tools. Since 2007, this maker has provided over 1,100 artisans and 250 young people in Rwanda & Ghana with employment, entrepreneurship training, and consistent access to the global market. 100% of profits go back into education programs for the women who craft these pieces.
